The whole school participated in Auslan Day, celebrating Australian Sign Language and deaf cultures. Students had the exciting opportunity to meet Naomi, a member of the deaf community who has been teaching them Auslan through videos. Students put their Auslan skills to the test with the help of an interpreter and asked Naomi many questions about her experiences of growing up deaf. A highlight of the day was students challenging Naomi in a fun alphabet singing competition.
