Our Year 5/6 students participated in an excursion to Foodbank in Altona as part of their Empathy to Impact Project. As an act of service, students generously donated non-perishable food items to support individuals and families experiencing poverty.

During the visit, students took part in a School Tour Program organised by Foodbank. This provided a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of poverty and food insecurity, both locally and globally, and to explore the impact this has on millions of people.

This meaningful experience encouraged students to connect empathy with action, inspiring them to make a positive difference in their community.
